How to respond to the Spring 2025 Consultation?

The deadline for submitting responses to this consultation is 11.59pm on 4 April 2025.

Given Southern Water’s failure to take into proper account emailed responses submitted during the Summer 2024 consultation in their summary feedback report statistics, we recommend that you complete the on-line feedback document. This is to ensure that your response and concerns have to be counted by Southern Water.

Please note. This data entry boxes on this form only support plain text and basic punctuation. We recommend that you type and review your input into a basic text editor, such as Wordpad or Notepad, before cutting and pasting your responses into the boxes on the form.

If you draft your notes in a word processing document, for example ‘Microsoft Word’, please be aware that any ‘rich text’ elements like ‘bold‘ or ‘italic‘ text will be lost when you cut and paste into Southern Water’s form.

If you need more space to set out your concerns than is provided on the feedback form fill in the on-line feedback document and submit a copy of your comments along with any additional information by email.
