On 25 July, the Planning Inspectorate wrote to interested parties concerning Southern Water’s proposed Havant Water Recycling Plant. Southern Water (aka the Applicant) asked the Planning Inspectorate on behalf of the Secretary of State for its opinion (a Scoping Opinion) as to the information provided in an Environmental Statement (ES) relating to the Proposed Development.
